This website is operated by PT Langkah Kuat Nusantara ("we", "us", or "our"), registered at Jl. Sunset Road No. 88, Seminyak, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. We process personal data in strict compliance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi / "UU PDP") and Google Ads Data Protection Standards.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

To respect data minimization principles, our reservation form on order.html collects only two items of personal data when voluntarily submitted by you:

• Full Name: Used to address you during order verification and parcel labeling.
• Phone / WhatsApp Number: Used strictly by our Indonesian customer care desk to confirm your delivery address and Cash on Delivery (COD) dispatch.

3. PURPOSE & LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

Under Article 20 of the Indonesian UU PDP, our lawful bases for processing your data are your explicit consent when submitting the reservation request and the fulfillment of pre-contractual and delivery obligations at your request. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact information to third-party brokers.

As a Data Subject in Indonesia, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate details, withdraw consent at any time, and request immediate erasure of your contact record from our dispatch system by contacting [email protected].
